hp elitebook x360 1040 g5 bios request

Hello guys

Kindly assist with the hp elitebook x360 1040 g5 bios
BLURR-6050A2999101-MB-A01
I can't find the serial number at the back cover

The laptop turns on and keyboard backlight light up, but there is nothing on the screen, the keyboard caps lock blinks 5 times slow, that why i believe its bios related problem

Guys this is really strange, i have all the necessary volts, ram volts, cpu volts, gfx core, clock signal, 3.3v and 5v, 1.o5v, literally all volts are present...

STILL MO DISPLAY, CAPS LOCK FLASHING 5 TIMES SLOW AND ONCE, THEN AFTER THAT THE FANS SPINS VERY FAST, I DONT HAVE SCHEMATIC TO TRACE FOR POWER GOODS MAYBE
