Thank you qayyum786, with your bios I got error for Endpoint Security Controller then laptop restarts several times with caps lock blinking 5 times, after 10 restarts it shows image , laptop is in MPM mode, ME now is enabled and not in Recovery mode but after exit from bios setup the same problem: aptop restarts several times with caps lock blinking 5 times.
