There is no 843 G8 . The serial number 5CG13477FK isn`t recognised at HP support. There`s a second SN in the bios 5CG1233TP6 ,thats for an 840 G8 .

Thanx peste, i solve my problem with other ec file, than the end point security error came, i unlock mpm and rewrite information then error gone and laptop working perfectly. thanx for your reply
