    Did you try with master password? what's the suffix of your device?

              Need a power on password removed. This is one of the spi's but i think there is two i just have no idea where the second is. Any help, i am a bit dumb.

                What's the suffix shown in Dell security manager? Is it CZKNYX2-E7A8?

                      I also have a Dell Latitude 5420 rugged with Bios password.
                      Service-Tag: 32CBTG2-001

                      Can you please unlock or tell me how to do it myself?
