When i buy the laptop, the laptop was on, and was in bios menu (no hdd or ssd, so laptop was entering in bios). I turned off the laptop using power button, and dont power on again - with image on screen i mean.

I fixed your old file using the latest image that's provided by Asus. I don't have another option, maybe someone else can help you.
When you press the caps lock does it light up or respond?

no caps dont do nothing.
when i press power the led for hdd light up for some seconds.
the keyboard made some fancy light game, from a side to other.

i dont know if my backup its 100% good for this laptop, the bios chip appear to have solder paste on it and flux

Search for another bios file and try it. if the issue still present, maybe it's a hardware issue.

when i buy the laptop, was started and already in bios. Turned off with power button, without exit the bios.
I press start again, and laptop was not display any image.

The barcode picture at post #2 has the bios version for the motherboard "GL553VE" so the F1 bios you posted should have worked.

I tested without heatpipe,
and processor it's very hot when I press power so maibe it's a emergency shut down.
