i tested with a Nvme now, its working, but the first time its working with the original M.2

Check your original M2 with other marchine.

I have the same problem. BIOS contained only junk, or at least i could only recover some junks from it. The thinkpad started with instant extreme heat from the CPU, without fan spin. I got a bios dump, i flashed it, the thinkpad came alive, but since it is posting 2100 detection error. Any chance to still save it?

The one that i could find and it is working, except the Error 2100 are also attached, named as MX25L25673G@SOP8_20230904_154117.rar
