What is the point of creating an unlock file from a corrupted BIOS?
And then probably with deleting 000F100 – 000F4FF0 (h): 4000
Why not with 00FDAA 00FC00
I know on YouTube ********** offers an .exe that does this automatically.
I also know that it works on a Dell 5400, but it doesn't work on many newer models.
If the user writes this file to his notebook he cannot use it and it will no longer start.
Maybe SMDFlea should please take a look at this kind of behavior.

Thank you I will give them a go, but I think the chip is corrupt or died. It reads but takes a long time and when I write a bios to it (even the original) it comes with a verify error 😔Originally posted by Markus1741 View PostComment
