I looking bios ver.1.10 or lower (i have problem witch TPM) for dell vostro P62F motherboard LA-D822P UMA.I found bios on this forum but don't work. Orginal bios in attachment.

Thanks, this helped. Even in 2023! Manually downgraded from 1.20 to 1.14.1 and the attachment really dowengraded to 1.8 and my TPM error is finally gone.Originally posted by houcine4500 View PostComment

I tried doing it myself but seems the non afudell bios guide for Dell is missing?
Originaly had TPM error but now seems to have bios error since it has 2-2 led error light.

I've got a Vostro 15 5568 (LA-D821P board) with the TPM problem. ME works fine (can get data using MEInfo, the firmware is 11.8.92.4222 LP - the latest from 1.20.0 BIOS).
Downgrading the BIOS only avoids the "TPM device is not detected" alert - TPM will not work. After downgrading to 1.8.0, you can upgrade to 1.11.0 - the latest BIOS that does not have the alert.
Tried moving RC1130 to RC1131 to change TPM_ID from HW_TPM to SW_TPM but the alert was still present.
Looks like the TPM chip UZ13 (Nuvoton NPCT650JBAWX) is faulty (or has corrupted firmware) and needs to be replaced.Last edited by Rainbow; 01-30-2025, 07:36 AM.Comment
