Sorry to bother, but I'm rather new here and currently repairing HP 4530s after water, now as the motherboard is cleaned and dried up at bga rework station it still doesn't power up, when I press power button it blinks 8 times, any ideas where to start?

5 - 19.74V
6 - 19.74V
7 - 19.74V
8 - 19.74V

Q513 Voltages:

1 - 0.68V
2 - 0.68V
3 - 0.68V
4 - 5.94V
5 - 0.68V
6 - 0.68V
7 - 0.68V
8 - 0.68V

According to schematics the 1 2 3 should be 19.74 if I read it correctly or am I wrong?

I replaced Q513 no luck, maybe the Q514 is faulty? Or am I looking at the wrong place? When I removed Q513 I got 1 2 3 with 19.75

Removed R5687 now i got voltages on Q513 1-4 from 0,15V to 0,2V and 5-8 0,9V, when i press power still 8 blinks, any ideas?

Mate, most of the components were rusted near touchpad area, more over I tried replacing them but at the end it was easier to swap new motherboard... You won't believe the bargain I got, for a motherboard with Intel I series CPU I paid only 15euros, feeling lucky I got new toy to play with and I could use your help at that thread https://www.badcaps.net/forum/showth...839#post548839
