Unit is totally dead. No 3.3v and 5vdc...

same board, same problem here, it maybe a charging IC ( ISL88731 ) i dont think if it's PU2 or P28, can anyone here help me to locate that parts?, thank you very much!

i hav this board problem with PQ28 & PQ23 getting hot. short 19v. please help. but without PQ28 the laptop can on with no display

Sometime 3v &5v missing with charging IC replace it try..
