Sub board only can see on BV (boardview-IOBD2-2), the schematic have many blank page

Not available, that' way I've upload with BV.

Check first mosfet and resistor divider which connected with that gate. (PU201)

i have 2.8 v in pu201 pin 4(gate).pu201 is ok.and i can not find resistor divider?

So, the BV doesn't help you, then its time to make your own schematic with following the BV.
taken from HM40-MV, here for example:

if follow from schematic HM40, resistor for voltage divider are R1 200K and R2 100K then result 6.3V, so on gate PU201 should be 6.3V. Have no idea if only 2.8V on that gate can make 19V from S crossing to D.
