Help me identify part - SD4 0G (diode)

I am working on laptop motherboard. Found short diode, it is SMD type and all I found on it is: SD4 and bellow that 0G.

Does anybody know what kind if diode is it? I am sure it is schottky diode because there is one more in unit that is good. It read 155mV with multimeter and that mean it is schottky.......
