make a MACRO photo from the charging port.

i change a dozen of them.
It take ages to charge back because the battery is dead flat

If your Blackberry playbook battery is dead flat
it will never charge, the charging circuit is OS dependent
meaning if it doesn't see a minimum of 2.8 volts at the battery
it will not charge
Google stack charging for your playbook
or youtube for how to manually charge it
Trust me been there done that !

i try to jumpstart it and it worked,in left it plugged in for an hour but the battery didnt charge,

Try to use the fast charging (Not the ordinary one). If you don't have one, replace the battery.

reset the software.
i had a fone for BB that wouldnt charge till i did a battery-pull.

in worse-case situations with BB fones you need to re-flash them.
