Hi Lotas,
I tried with the fix file but the TV set is dead. The standby LED turns on for 1 sec every 15 sec. The standby voltage from 8v goes to 13v. At first, the TV was totally dead. Now it looks like there is some life in it but there must be a hardware problem in the mainboard.
Anyway, I want to thank you for your effort and time. I wish you the best. Thank you.

Hi Lotas, my TV model is UN50MU6100GCZB, Board Code: BN41-02568B from Argentina. I'm having the same issue as another user before. The standby LED turns on for 1 sec every 15 sec. When Flashing an incorrect bin, the board stays completely dead. So I guess it could be bios related. could you help me? Thanks in advanceAttached Files

Where did you get the idea that the problem is in these firmwares, if there is no standby mode and the LED is not on, then a common problem in this chassis is IC204 (stabilizer from 5v to 3.3v) and micom Weltrend, check the resistance at 1.2 pin IC203 relative ground and is there 3.3v power on these pins

I measured the regulator and i/p 5.3 v & o/p 3.3 v so it is good, also the voltage at pin 1&2 3.3v and no short with ground. i tried to press the reset button but nothing happened
how can i check ic1203 (61P805) is healthy ??
does it need programing? if yes can it be done by CH341?

What initially happened to the TV? In service mode, at the point you clicked on “Micom Update” and after that the TV stopped turning on?
If yes, then the firmware has been erased in micom, you need to program it.
And also, you have some strange dump 24C512, or it is so badly damaged or poorly read, try this one.Last edited by lotas; 08-19-2024, 11:33 AM.
