Sony KDL-55W802A - Red led blink 8 times

Hi,
I have this tv that works for about 15 to 20 minutes and then turns off, leaving the led to blink 8 times, this via HDMI, because I can't get into the tuning menu, it says Function unavailable.
Through the manual, I was able to verify that it could be a software problem, but unfortunately the tv already has the latest software and that's why it won't let me update.
Does anyone know of a way to reinstall the software?

may be a bad capacitor, when it shuts off try heating those 3 electrolytic capacitors by the connector looks like CN6401 with a hairdryer for a couple minutes, see if it comes back on or any change, also look over all the solder joints very closely, reflow any that look suspect, careful not to bridge any, examples of bad joints there if needed: https://www.google.com/search?q=bad+...ih=607&dpr=1.5

try this: rename file on the usb drive folder as: upgrade_loader.pkg, use a usb drive with led light, then put the key on the unplugged tv, now keep pressed power key and plug tv in mains socket, watch if a blue light will glow, release key, wait for the usb key light to stop blinking, remove mains plug, wait 10 sec. then plug back, press power on tv, watch if white light makes 3+pause+7 pules, when all leds stops blinking turn on tv..

Hello, I already renamed the file as you told me, but the drive light only blinks 2 times and then the white light does not pulse, it turns on normally.

The problem is on the main board.
