Quick Question Please.
Is low resistance on gate pin 5 of U202 normal? I have a very very low resistance of 5 ohm on this gate. In diode mode, it looks shorted and beeps. Is this a normal behavior of this FAN6300 IC?
All other components on this vestel board have valid readings except for this U202 IC.

If the mosfet is broken, then there will be low resistance at 5pin relative to ground.

Thank you for your reply.
The diode and mosfet connected to pin 5 of U202 is functioning normally.
I do realize that when I lift the leg pin 5 of this U202 IC from the board, the short disappears. When I check the lifted pin(Not connected to board at this time), the short is on the IC itself. I however do not have a replacement IC

This means the PWM is not working properly, only replacement.
