Vizio VX42L no sound and no picture

My TV w/ manufacturing date of March 2008 will turn on (vizio light goes from orange to white) and the screen lights up for a split second. I assume that's the black light coming on. There is no sound or picture.

After reading through the forums and followed some steps I came across a swollen capacitor. (picture below) I have also posted what I think would be a good replacement. My question is what this new capacitor be a good replacement.

Yes. For those who don't want to open up the pdf, it is Panasonic FM on digikey's website.

For the regulars who are wondering why I didn't include my standard response it is because the caps in this TV are Rubycon and United Chemi-con from the supplied picture.

Yes, but if one cap has gone and they appear to be under a heat sink is it not likely that the others nearby will be cooked?
( no disrespect intended - just for learning purposes)
Please upload pictures using attachment function when ask for help on the repair

Possibly, but other VX42Ls seem to have the same problem with this single cap. See

PS. United Chemi-con KY caps are good caps. The KY series is found in many ATX power supplies (including a Corsair that I have).
