Looking for core update on Toshiba 40L3453DB Vestel manufactured TV 17MB95

Unfortunately Toshiba took all there TV firmware updates down a while back and I would like to put the latest core update for this main board on this Toshiba TV set as I am having a few issues accessing the Smart TV functions. Does anyone have access to the original firmware update for this UK model please?

I was aware that Youtube wouldn't run. However I cannot access the Smart TV portal at all using the Home key! So hoping this will resolve. Just requested permission for access to the file from you via pm.

you don't need to update as it will bring nothings... just try to upload other brand profile section to urs via service menu usb option

I have already tried using SwProfile_patcher_kurulumsuz to add extra features. However as stated previously my issue is trying to get the Portal to the smart features. It brings up an error 'There is an error on page no response from server. Please try again'. So I believe there is software corruption as if I do first time installation it will reboot but just constantly flash red and green. After 5minutes I turn the TV off which finally brings up first time installation screen.

I am going to get the screen panel files before I use the files arizanotlari has kindly provided above sometime tomorrow. I am just making sure that if there are any issues I will cover myself!

SwProfilel.. will not effect on main sw. or RC, so the idea to use other brand SwProfilel from vestel direct, because toshiba stooped paying licensees fee of YouTube and others app on smart hub
as soon you have access on root vestel shell you can have allot from this hub

OK so I need to change the SWprofile from another 17MB95 main board that isn't a Toshiba TV set. Do you have one suitable for this as I have only recently been adding features using SWprofile. I can upload the original files if necessary?

The SWprofile only allows you to enable certain features like PVR, HBBportal, Iplayer etc that wouldn't be originally come when the TV was manufactured. Hence this makes the TV more appealing when selling or using it yourself.
There are a few websites already that have all this information available. However I am reluctant to post the information here as this can brick your main board if you are not careful!
The above link that you posted I have already. I will have a read later just to make sure I haven't missed anything.
I have updated the core firmware and indeed as Diah stated it hasn't resolved the issue of getting to the Smart features Portal. It has however resolved the issue of allowing First time installation without constantly having the green/red led flashing constantly!
So making some progress

Medion Telefunken JVC all with 17MB95 .. medion still the smart working... am sure of it... but you can play.. i do have upload windows tool to have temporary root aces to the TV.. so it will open for you.... you can add OSCAM... add new apps etc....or change the smart hub URL link to other platform..... it fun to play with it

So do you have some files suitable for it that I can try uploading to the 17MB95 from those range? As I don't have any other than Toshiba mb95_swprofile.bin files which will obviously not work? I have Vestel Toolbox v1.1 which I assume is for accessing the root access to the TV as well as modifying the software profiles as well?

if i still have will upload it for u... long time ago need to have search over all disks-
but our good friends member from Turkey they have there good platform allot uploaded would be more easy--- or access to root via yours tools-- and learn more about files location.
