    Some steps i would suggest you to carry out...
    Since the fuse already blown it means short in primary side (since fuseblown skip step 1)
    1 fuse
    2 varistor
    3 rectifier bridge
    4 large input capacitor
    5 power fet (mosfet)

    After checking eevery thing or replacing do this
    Do not install fuse instead take a 100w incandescent bulb and
    Solder each point of bulb to the two terminal of the fuse so basically bulb acts
    As a fuse.. so even if there is a short the board wont recieve power instead the
    Bulb will glow bright..
    If the bulb lits with very dim light or no light at all or cycles then the short is eliminated..
    This way you wont blow any components further..
