however this could be primary issue if there wet under them... but the primary as i think because he get logo tizen then reboot... so ESD HDMI resolution protection are bad.

        OOPS... different Panel !!
if you just disconnected the U ribbon at the middle of the boards... did the TV work and display 3/$ picture ? need to test from both side a time.... if yes you have working TV with 3/$ screen.. then
look on the whole boards of both side if you can see such this in PHOTO

When dissconecting left one, (from behind tv), 2/3 screen is working. See picture. No boot loops

when dissconecting right one, whole picture is bad, no boot loops.

only found 3 of those, not together but separated.
          One / panel.

Try to mask this area on the cable, on the side where the fault is...

so when you disconnect the left side ( looking from back TV ) you have part in white color and the reset good picture... correct?
and when you disconnect the right U ribbon you have complete bad picture no reboot correct?
show please photo for complete screen display at time you disconnect the right U ribbon.

BTW. at first i wrote to you about doing hard reset from service menu... you can by disconnect any left or right U ribbon to put the TV in Standby and from Standby call the service menu...
i still don't think you have issue on panel... but the T-CON on the mainboards cause the reboot... so let rest the TV as hard reset first.. go back to fist page at this threat and read they write to you also how to log in service menu when the TV in standby state.

It didn't work. I started with all the pins masked as you marked, but I only got a bad, black picture. Then I cut the tape smaller and smaller until it was half of your mark and tried moving it left within the marking, but the result was the same as before.

That's correct. Here are the pictures—note that the TV is upside down now. I'm slowly giving up on this TV.
I accessed the the service menu, but I don't have enough time to find where to reset because it keeps rebooting. Can you give me a hint on which menu I should follow to reach the reset button? If I leave the TV off for a while, I get a bit more time before it reboots.

Which side did you camouflage on, this one? Resetting to factory settings will not help you!

You can measure the resistance on each of them and compare them on the other side, with the cables disconnected.

But is it possible from the photo that in post 48 a reset can help if the panel is not working properly.

Seems like it's the same old thing as in this, YEP you guessed it, youtube video, "made usable" the usual way. Seems like you are not blocking the proper signal/s unless it's something bad on the board that you have isolated it too, issue seems to certainly be in the screen itself or the driver board, this is a TEST post, lets see what happens: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tgjZDMCvFv8

Just fixed my Keurig beverage maker with the simple rerset, (was dead as a doornail) unplug hold power for 30 seconds to 1 minute, plug back in works fine.
