55LS4500-UA no video, has sound and backlight

I had high hopes when I picked up this for $50. I am getting 12 volts on both sides of the t-con fuse. I removed the connectors one at a time from the t-con and took pictures. Any ideas besides a bad panel? I tried another t-con with no change.

I would say bad panel due to bad TFT drivers.
