What happen to the info for each IC? There should be some printing on the body which we need so we can tell what the Voltages should be.

At this point I would say U5 (adjustable 1117 series LDO) should be replaced, I fixed this model before due to bad U5.

You will have to replace U5 first to get the output so the other circuit will function to supply the Voltage to other ICs to run. You should order more than one since in case you damage it during installation.

I think i can get them here in london,about 8 cdn,but whether i can do it or not? i will practice on a bad board first,i will get a couple tomorrow,thanks for having so much patience for me,i will let you know,thanks.

Post 28 looks right.
Trick to remove the IC is to cut the small legs first and then ADD solder and flux to the big tab to remove the body.

board is toast,trying to remove the ic ,the small pad that pin1 sits on got ripped out,rest o.k.,but to me i imagine that its no good anymore,ordered a new board from ebay. Roughly 1 week waiting for it to get here.

I replaced the mainboard with the one i got from ebay ,now when i turn it on,the screen lights up blue,and says NO SIGNAL, stays on for a few seconds and shuts off ,you can hear sort of a humming sound on the power supply board,after a little while a click,at that point you can turn the set back on,and it does i all over again . Any ideas,thanks.

Keep an eye on it, I did that to two of these models, one came back after about 3 weeks and had to do the reset again, not sure exactly what the real cause of the problem is.
