Sony KLV-40BX400 blinking red 6 times

I'm repairing a Sony KLV-40BX400 LCD TV.
When I switch it on the standby light will go green and I'll get the sony logo. It will then immediately flash green and then I'll get the sony logo again. It will do this 3 times and then the red standby led will flash 6 times.

I've read that it can be an over voltage. I've measured the inverter 24 supply from the PSU and it's at 25.6V can this be the cause?

6 blinks is inverter error. Pictures would help you get more response. Especially a closeup of inverter.
