XVT553SV Vizio light flashes orange/white no display

Hopefully the experts on here can give me a hand troubleshooting my Vizio XVT553SV. Woke up the other morning and the light was flashing this pattern and just repeats forever. I tried unplugging it for a while and same thing.

    https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=kjj7fV_fza0

I took the back off and tested the voltage at CN202 1-3 all have 5.15v. Any input or help further troubleshooting is much appreciated. Should I start trying to test the voltage regulators on the main board or are there other things I should check first? Check voltage at fuses, capacitors? I have a digital multimeter and know a little, but not huge into hardware fixing.

Disconnect the power supply from the mainboard and connect the 5V supply to remote on/off using a 1 to 10K ohm resistor and check if all the other voltages come up.
Willing to help but I'm no expert.

Vizio appear to have lots of problems with their sets reading through the recent posts on this forum.

Yeah I think these are all on their last leg. Just to be clear I should disconnect CN201, CN202, and CN203 then jump power from CN202-1 5v to CN202-11 REMOTE_ON/OFF via a 1-10k resistor. Then test the connectors for voltage again.

Disconnect everything from the power supply except the mains input and connect the resistor between pin 11 and pin 1. This should bring up the 12V and any other DC output supply on the power supply.

          Edit
          I see 18V on CN203. Whats on CN201?

Got it. Thanks for the input. I am not near the TV now, but will post back later today when I can test this. I would love for the power supply to be bad since that seems an easier fix than the main board.

I never even pressed the power button. (Not sure if the kids did or not) When I came out it was in this flashing mode and I was told no one turned it on. I did not see any display flashes or anything.

I read through that thread, but it seemed to end inconclusively. I have found many more threads that are never complete than ones where people fixed something. Maybe that is a sign.

I tested the power supply board as directed. When I power CN202-11 I get 12v to CN202-8,9,10 and 18v to CN203-3,4. I assume this means the power supply is working. What should I check next?

I see at least 3 fuses on the main board: F1, F3, F5, and may be F2 and F4 some where else on the board.

I expect at least one of them to have STBY Voltage all the time.

The other fuses probably will not have any DCV until the PS board receives the PS-ON to turn on the rest of the power supply.

Seems like a main board problem. Any idea what to trouble shoot on there. Should I start checking the voltage regulators?

Looks like most of these are 6 pin regulators. I only see U24 3-pin. I'm not sure what the easiest way to list this is. Is there a standard for numbering the order of the pins?

Datasheets are guesses. I have little electronics knowledge at this level.

U10 - 501H1 ? Not sure this one is very small 2 pins on top 3 on bottom and the voltage was changing on the top 2 pins. It would drop to ~0 and then go to ~3v. I noticed after the tv is on for a while and the logo now stays orange the voltage on these top pins was ~0.

                                        Hello Stealth71,
Pin 1 of the IC often has a circle next to it like in the picture attached. Then the pin numbers follow the same layout.
Can you link your voltages to each pin number which would hopefully be more meaningful.
