    Samsung UN60F7100 Cycling On/Off

    Good afternoon!
My friend heard what I did with 2 of my tvs and a monitor so he wanted me to help him on his TV. He was adamant about recapping the power board so I obliged. Before I did the recap, his tv would just sit there and turn on, show the samsung logo, shut down, repeat. If left unplugged for an extended period of time, say overnight. It will turn on and work flawless, but if you turned it off and tried to turn it on, it would do the cycling thing again. I cannot find any schematics for this tv.
Power board is BN44-00630A. Pictures attached.

    Any help is greatly appreciated!

What you are saying is that when the tv is hot it will not turn on. This means you may have some cracked solder joints on your power supply, and or one of the components in charge of boot up is failing either on the main board and or the power supply.
First things first I would check all solder joints on the power supply board. If you could provide an HD picture with good lighting so that we can take a look at those joints, that would be helpful. Transformers will get hot so check those first along with anything attached to a heat sink. Make sure the heat sinks also don't have cracked solder joints. Then I would start checking all the smaller components near the hot zones as well.

I will get picks of both sides of the board after the kiddongoes down for the night. I will reflow the solder joints at the high heat areas. Thank younfor a quick response.

Looks like a bad solder joint. I saw two questionable ones so I just reflowed all the joints around the heat sinks and transformers. Now it turns on when told to turn on and turns off and right back on too... thank you all for the help!!!!
