    Ok , do they work?
    I only repair Panasonic plasma tv's! Currently owning a TX-P55VT50 and still searching for a ZT60!

      Fitted RJP30H2A instead of 30F131 and so far been running 48hrs with no problem. So yes so far all OK!

        Ok good job! Where did you get them from? Most from Ebay all blow up....

              Hello All, thanks for the valuables infos found on this forum. I repaired my TXP50VT30E that ran countless hours over its 12 year of service. I was not ready to let it go.

              I replace the 2 rows of IGBT along with the two diodes, all shorted. None of the resistors nor the drivers IC were dead.
              As mentioned somewhere about the bad contact made between the board ground plane and the TV chassis, these points were all covered by a black compound. Don't know if it's the result of the voltage across or a chemical reaction between tin and zinc, maybe both. It has been told that these could be the source of the failure. So I retin all of them, on the board and the chassis as well. Works fine so far for 12 hours.
