TOSHIBA 32PB1V no stdby light

hi everyone
got from a freind a tv with no stndby light and i know there should be stndby voltage going to the main board (there is POWER_TV pin on PS board but no voltage).

when i test all pins i get 5v on 5 and 6 pins (is this the stndby voltage?)

just want to make sure with you so i order the right board

You report you have 5V STBY voltage on pin 5 and 6, but no response from the main board. So you have a main board problem.

yes
i did want to make sure ... the last tv i was troubleshooting it was clearly stated on the board pin out list .

this one only says 5v
