You may be able to read it in your programmer set to one of these options:-

PIC16C505 PIC16F526 PIC16F630

I would've tried downloading the firmware had it been my TV But I've since returned the repaired TV (shorted QS802 & QS804) to my friend, so I can no longer play around with removing the microcontroller and downloading the firmware.
