You don't need a schematic. Instead of guessing, you can go through step by step systematically. Start with the the suggestions outlined in the previous posts above....

What is the display screen that you hook up and caused the main fuse to blow?
The LED backlights on the screen draw very small current, the T-CON may be drawing 5A at 12VDC.
To cause the 6.3A main fuse to blow something has to be badly shorted out.
How about the main board, was it connected but the so call display screen is not connected, is that right? Something is not clear or making sense to me.

Ok - spent some time on this set - Main board has a VDR with spot and crack in it. pretty sure this has something to do with main fuse blowing with docking board attached. does anybody know what this VDR is and where available ??
Have to admit - this is the most idiotic tv design I've ever come across.

That is the NTC for inrush current limiting, it will be damaged if load is shorted because it is connected in series with the load, and that is the reason blown fuse too, you have shorted circuit in your unit some where.

new diodes, new VFR - same result. going to force "Power on" and check voltages.

Same set here found main transistors QM803 and QM804 (both 18N50C) one shorted-changing both.Took mains fuse out which is a 6.3amp 250v ceramic type, ntc is reading fine. Also changing ICM80 which is the controller for both transistors the PN of that is ICE1HS01G Ic though this tests fine still swapping it. Also no shorts on the output or any other device so it should fix it. Will update and make a thread.
