Magnavox 46ME313V/F7 will not turn on

So I bought this TV a little bit ago. Originally the red LED standby would come on, but no power from the tv. After some searching it seemed that the likely culprit was the power board
So I took it a part and visually inspected all components.They all looked okay. So, I tried to do any diagnosing I could with a multimeter. I got standby voltages coming from the power board to the main board. I got 1 reading of 3.3V and a couple of 12V. I am not sure what I did, but now the standby light no longer comes on.

Is it safe to assume the culprit is the main board since my power supply is giving standby voltages. What else can I do to diagnose it so I can know whether I need to replace the main board or power supply.

Need good clear straight on pictures of back of tv with cover off and each board.

Need voltages from connector that goes from power supply board to main board. Will need pin#- PIN DESCRIPTION -Pin voltage in standby-Pin voltage when pushing power button and picture of connector on power supply board.
Format:
Pin# - Pin Description - Pin Voltage standby - Pin voltage power on
1 - XXXXXXX - XXv - XXXv
2 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
3 - XXXXXXX - XXXv - XXXv
4 - etc.

So all the connectors and cables are back in place correctly?
