TOSHIBA 55 INCH 55L310U LED TV One year old TV

Power Board pk101w11101

Plugged in this Tv, heard an Arcing sound and everything died.

Opened it up, and found

5 amp fuse blown
U501 (str6069h chopper) had exploded.
Q601 (TK12A50D Mosfet )shorted
ZD503 (16 Volt Zener) shorted
U102 ??? Cant identify
I replaced all these, and fired it up.

Now the hi voltage 160 volts from the diode bridge is working, but otherwise the set is dead.
Found there is no 5 volt startup voltage.. traced the startup supply till it gets lost at U102, a small 6 pin Chip which looks like a tiny regulator which eventually feeds the 5 volts to the 6069h chopper pin 5 VCC.

I suspect this chip is blown, but I cant identify it. no markings visible.

Cant find any schematic or service info on this set, so would appreciate any info on idebtifying this part.

Can you read the number n top at all?
You will have to trace the pins to see where they go.
Looking at your picture, it looks like pin 6 does go to the GATE pin. I had to replace one of these, do not remember which one, years ago.

Thanks BudM I looked at the PDF which you sent.. It has the VCC as Pin 1

As far a I can see pin 6 goes to the startup resistors.. The last one being R109, which you can see on the picture.. As soon as you cross r109 to (pin 6 ??) the voltage is swamped to about .5 volt
I removed r137 and c126 (both connected to pin 6) because I thought they might be leaking, and loading down the vcc (Had trouble because I never did much surface mount stuff)

so wouldnt Pin 6 be VCC, or am I counting the pins wrong ?

I found a couple more possibilities, LM2734, and MC5205, but neither has pin 6 as VCC

Trace the circuit from the Gate of the MOSFET back to the IC pin. The picture is not clear enough for my eyes to see the pin 1 marking on the IC or on the board.
