Its green. Blue is the serial flash for the display controller IC.

I was thinking GREEN because ATML = ATMEL which is usually an eeprom, right???

looking at 1c1300 part number that is a eeprom as well so not 100% sure which is the correct one.

Blue is definitely an eeprom.
