sharp lc-46le600 with red fix on front

Hello everyone, I need your experiences to help me with this TV .... I'll give you a short history, the TV arrived in protection with red LED steady so I began to look on the internet as much info as possible from the manual of repair to the service mode. Entered the service I found "error lamp" then as per the procedure I reset and I also updated the firmware and the TV seems to be back as new .... after a few weeks I came back, I repeat the procedure but this time the front led from red becomes green ... but nothing, black screen and no backlighting ..... tried a couple of times and finally now remains on red led fixed .... at this point I just have to open it and start making some measurements .... from switch off to on I have BU5V [5V] - AC_DET [3.5V] - PS_ON [2.3V] while the UR13V line and the VLED arrive for an instant about 11V and 136V respectively and then go down to zero other measure on C7122-C7123 there are about 390V visually the board seems ok also by ohmic measurements on the main components .... what I would like to ask you I can try the card outside the TV, without the load of the LEDs and if you do it activate (I assume PS_ON at least 2V) or try the stris LED without having to disassemble the panel if the power board is not faulty.

thanks to anyone who can give me some advice and sorry for my english translate

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=mUvclBfaMXg It is suggested that you use resistors so nothing gets shorted in case of accidental or erroneous meter lead contacts during testing.
Quit due to disrespect from unpaid sta,ff.

We need pictures of the whole backside of the TV showing all the boards top see how they are connected together, then we need good clear straight shot pictures of the whole top and bottom side of the power supply board, also need close up of the LED connector so we can see how many wires are used on the LED connector.

I reckon you have a 'Bad Backlights' issue from what I've read. However. it could be a malfunctioning LED Driver, also. Do what budm asks in Post #3

thank you, for your answers ... as soon as I can try to take some pictures the tv being large is not my possession but in the owner's house.

Do you have 3.3V (TP7503) as well as your BU5V
Does the relay (RL7102) click in as the 13V comes up.
Without the 13V the relay contacts will not stay latched closed

You could try to check the power supply by disconnecting the main board from the power supply and then
              Connect Pin 11 (BU5V) to Pin 12 (PNL_POW) using a 1K resistor [CN7501]
              Connect Pin 11 (BU5V) to Pin 10 (PS_ON) using 1 1K resistor [CN7501]

You may be able to switch the backlights on by connecting Pin1 (3.3V) to Pin 2 (BL_ON) connector CN7603
