Need a firmware update software for grundig gbj-9146

I have a customer complaining that tv has a software issue .. He tried to update with some other software but first he had issue of no picture , then after another update he had no sound but had picture. So its pretty clear its a software problem.
So im trying to help him out and find him the update software
TV in question:
Grundig new york 46 3d WEB((GBJ 91 - 46))
Panel - LTA460HQ08 // 056D46-SS10

I have found a softwareupdate_gbj7246.zip file online , but obviously is not the same , it is for the same panel but not the same model ..i cant even download it it gets to 12mb and it gives me network error

Tried that software he says it didnt work... did all the things with renaming files and deleting stuff... but still didnt work... Need the exact firmware update

You wrote that you could not download.
At Grundig on the back label, in a square, the chassis series is written. Post what the chassis is.

chasis says its TX, on the bottom of the label it says
JQB812-B.. Regarding the first firmware he said he didnt try it , then he told me he did...
on another label it says i think panel name: LTA460HQ08 , 056d46-ss11, 46 inch

Stick with fat32, unzip the software and put it on the stick. Put the stick in the TV and press and hold the P + key on the TV. Tv in socket. When the update bar appears, release the P + key.

The customer said , he installed it all the way , and when it tries to boot it fails... so no go on this one , but atleast we tried , probably has a nand or a bios issue. Thanks for the help , really appreciate it.
