Your TV is turning on with no backlights which is a symptom of bad backlights. You can perform the flashlight test to see if you have video. You may see them flash in a dark room.

Thank you for answer, I did the flashlight test and I see all logo, menu, and ....
what should I do, Should I replace the backlight? The problem can be a loose tcon connection? or bad tcon board?

Your TV has bad backlights. Proper repair is to replace them all with new strips.

Yes, your backlight(s) are bad. Replace all of them and be careful removing the screen. It may be glued down. I just did one last week but really dont remember if this one was glued.

This is an easy fix. Replace ALL the Backlight strips with NEW strips. The hardest thing to do is removing and replacing the Screen without breaking it. But it can be done.

Yes that is good point, I don't have a suction to remove the screen and it a little bit challenging.

                    Hi Guys
I opened My tv and checked all SMD LEDs one by one and found 4 bad LED. Do you think the problem will be solved after replacing those bad LEDs?

Now I wanna order New SMD LEDs to replace with bad LEDs, But I couldn't find what version of SMD LED is compatible with my tv? does anyone know?

                    Thanks

It is better to replace all the strips with new. All the LEDs have wear and they will eventually fail.

Neilc6 is right. Replace all strips with new ones. I have done this series tv so many times and found out the leds have limited life. If you just replace the bad ones, you'll be back doing it again, possibly the next day or day after.

I acquired a free 50” TV. IT is a Sharp LC50LE752E. It does not show a picture and has no backlight, although the indicator light turns blue meaning it has turned on.

When power is plugged in, the indicator light will turn on blue, the backlight stays off and nothing is visible, even with a flashlight. When pressing the touch buttons on the tv nothing happens. When pressing buttons on the remote control the indicator light will blink indicating the IRsignal was received, but nothing happens.

When I hold the force-on-combination it will turn on. It then shows a perfect...

Symptom : no display, with charging indicator blinking, with or without battery. Power indicator is steady. When battery plugged in, the current consumption jumps, but the charging indicator is still blinking.

Sharp LC-60LE920UN LED TV won't turn on. Blinking indicator
                              by canadaboy25
Hey everyone, I have a Sharp LC-60LE920UN LED TV that I just picked up. Plugging the TV in only gives a flashing power indicator. According to the service manual, one fast flash and one slow flash means a lamp failure. I assumed it would just be a failed LED so I started testing all of the led circuits. Each circuit lit up when power was applied.

I did some searching and apparently there is a way to force the TV on for older models by plugging the TV in with some buttons held. However, this TV does not have physical buttons but instead has capacitive touch buttons. I have tried...

Sharp LC-40LE830E white blinking after wallplug is off
                              by bajdik
Hello, on Sharp LC-40LE830E is everything OK. Working great. If I put the 230 V off and on again, it just blinking white standby LED. I can power on only via VOL- and CH+ and POWER button on TV. After that, I can power off and power on again without problem (by buttons or remote control) until the 230 V is connected. If i put the plug off and on again, just white standby LED blinking. TV needs three button starting again.. On the first look, the backlight looks great, no darker or lighter spots. Any idea what is wrong?

T-con suspect issue. Both ribbon cables no picture. One ribbon cable ok. (58pus8545)

Hi guys! I realized you have a lot of knowledge here so i am hoping you could point me in right direction with my odd issue.

The Tv is a Philips 58PUS8545/12, it had no picture but working backlights.

                              Original T-con:
Opened the Tv and tested to unplug one ribbon cable at a time. With this test i could see that i got fine picture on both halves as long as there was only one ribbon cable connected, with two connected picture were gone.

                              First replacement T-con:

I thought it might be t-con and ordered new t-con from china(supposedly tested)...
