I don't see, I can't say anything, maybe the panel was damaged, you know better.
Maybe the thin cables that go to the glass were damaged, when removing the back cover.
Hi, mine is starting, staying some seconds with audio and backlight but no video, then off and reboots. Does this even with panel ribbons disconnected, so I assume it's a firmware issue. Can you fix this for me? I dumped mine and tried some files you posted but i get no standby at all. I flash it with tl866 and minipro, and i am able to set the register stuff, although with a different procedure. Thank you!

The TV model must also be indicated and the motherboard number! Some kind of dump you have is strange, or it's poorly read or strangely damaged (this is the first time I've seen something like this), try this...

You're right it's ue49mu6120k, mainboard bn41-02568a bn94-12644a. May the problem be related to my programmer? I've been using it for 10 years so far and never had any problems with it.
I can't say anything about your programmer, maybe there was a bad contact with 25Q40, long wires (if you used it through a clothespin), I don't know how you read the dump...
