Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hello,
I have recently retired and have started to clear a small backlog of electronics to repair.
I came across this forum whilst looking for information for a Toshiba Satellite L300D, which belonged to my late father, as I wish to get it going again.

Hi everybody. I'm Tuan, I'm looking to repair laptops for people in need. And that's how I got to know this forum, TopCat and other great people. I have seen the passion of some of the forum members, and respect what they have built. I'm here to find solutions to problems, and I'm also happy to help people. I come from Southeast Asia, my country is Vietnam, it's great even though it's on the way to development. And finally, everything I have here needs google translate, thanks and sorry.

Hello all! Retired. I'm in my 60's, former maintenance mechanic/supervisor, tinkerer. Too much time on my hands, so I get myself in trouble sometimes (I know enough to make me dangerous). I'll be popping in here from time to time looking for a life line. Presently I have a fried HP motherboard staring at me. Stay tuned!
