Hello everyone - I cannot believe I have only just found this forum! After becoming a qualified Electronics Servicing Engineer several/many years ago (until now) I've never really had an opportunity to use it to fix motherboards etc. down to component level as the places I've worked would either just swap out the motherboard or say it was beyond economical repair.

It's all starting to come back to and I'm learning new things all the time about exactly how a laptop motherboard works (it's mainly laptops I work on) so exciting times ahead and I can see this fantastic forum is going to be a great help!
