Hi Ppl's
I guess the common theme here is Im new to this site;
so thats one box ticked;
Im one of those weird bread of human from the land down under; Australia; We only just got electricity so please bear with us;
My only electronics experience is Plugging in my first colour TV; So lucky Ive enrolled myself in some training IPC 7711/7721, plus some logic board techniques;
All Jokes aside, I have had some Phone/Laptop and PC repair experience; I can repair anything easily diagnosed;
Board level diagnostics, being able to pinpoint the problems that other techs don't have the interest in, learning to read but also understand Board-view files and schematics is why I'm here;
Personally Im more focused on learning Apple, especially MacBook repairs; Logic board issues and Gaming consoles;
I was medically retired a fair few years ago now, after
many years of looking for something to regain some
sanity hear I am;

Hello!
When I was a child, I started not on a C64, but on a C+4 (even then I was more interested in programming), with a tape drive.
Then I became an IT specialist, but I tend to do repairs only as a group of friends. I feel that this forum can be of great help to me, but maybe I can also help others with the experience I have gained so far. :P
