              Hello everyone,

I found this forum while looking for a boardview of my Asus strix x570-F gaming motherboard, and while not finding a boardview of my specific motherboard i found one of the x570-E motherboard which i believe is almost identical.
And why did i need a boardview you might ask. I accidentally knocked a capacitor off my board while changing GPU

I intend on asking for help on what my mistake might have for an impact on my board and other components as soon as i find the proper place to ask this.

Looking forward to reading different threads and maybe even make a few friends along the way.

                  Hello,

New member here. My name is Jake. I have been in the electronics repair industry since 2009. My first repair was a battery replacement on the 1st gen iPod Classic and have been able to grow my skills and keep up to date with the never ending growth in technology. My favorite repair was the infamous Touch disease on the iPhone 6+. That repair is what got me started in micro soldering and starting a micro soldering business. Was able to sell the business and now I am a manager for a well know repair company helping to grow and develop the micro soldering department. Thankful for a site like this. I look forward to being able to contribute where I can.

                    Hello Everybody,

I am from Germany and currently facing a problem with my Mac Book Air. The screen cracked, don't ask me how it happened. I like to repair stuff by myself, but this is a tricky one because I want to keep TrueTone. However, I will create an own thread for that.

                    Best,
                    MagJ_

From a young age, I have always been fascinated by how things work, particularly electronic devices. Growing up, I often found myself dismantling old radios, televisions, and other household gadgets, driven by curiosity to understand the intricate workings of these machines. This hands-on approach helped me develop a natural ability for troubleshooting and problem-solving, skills that would eventually shape my career as an electronic technician.

After finishing high school, I pursued formal education in electronics, enrolling in a vocational school where I learned the fundamentals of electrical theory, circuit design, and electronics repair. During this period, I had the opportunity to work on various projects, ranging from basic circuit assembly to more complex troubleshooting tasks. These experiences strengthened my technical skills and fueled my passion for the field.

Upon graduation, I landed my first job at a local electronics repair shop. Here, I honed my abilities by working on a wide variety of electronic equipment, including radios, televisions, and small appliances. I quickly became proficient in diagnosing issues, from faulty circuit boards to malfunctioning power supplies. My keen attention to detail and methodical approach to problem-solving earned me the trust of my colleagues and clients.

As I gained more experience, I transitioned into a role at a larger company that specialized in industrial electronic systems. This position presented new challenges, as I worked on more sophisticated systems, including automated machinery, communication devices, and control panels. My responsibilities expanded to include preventive maintenance, system installation, and collaborating with engineers to design and implement technical solutions. Each new task allowed me to deepen my knowledge and sharpen my technical expertise.

Throughout my career, I have always remained committed to staying up-to-date with the latest advancements in technology. I have attended numerous training sessions and earned certifications in areas such as microcontroller programming, PLC systems, and digital electronics. This continuous learning has been crucial in helping me adapt to the fast-paced changes in the electronics industry.

Today, as an experienced electronic technician, I take pride in my ability to solve complex technical problems and ensure that electronic systems operate efficiently. My journey has been one of constant growth, fueled by a passion for understanding how things work and a commitment to excellence in my craft. Looking forward, I am excited to continue my career, tackling new challenges and contributing my expertise to future projects.

Hello - I found the forum while trying to figure out how to unlock a newer dell laptop bios (latitude 9410). It looks like there should be a lot of information in previous threads, so I have a decent amount of reading ahead of me. Thank you for providing a place to share all of this information.

Born in mid-80s. I've developed more of a hobby towards repairing broken stuff. No formal training.
Bought a 6th Gen Carbon X1 ThinkPad on ebay that I'm 60% sure needs a surface mounted fuse replaced to get the display to work.
Came here for the curated schematics.
