Re: New Members - please post your introductions here
Hello to all. Guess you could call me a young old timer. Had my electronics course in the late '60s. So I began with tubes and transistors. Worked for a major telephone company. Started as a tech and ended as a assistant project manager in the IT dept. Am now a pensionner. To get busy I started repairing and or updating my friends pc's. Been owning pc's since the mid '80s. I also learned and programmed in basic, cobol and fortran. Lately I started looking at TV's since my nephew's TV went bad and a friend of had trouble with his tv. I am here to find, hopefully, answers to my questions relating to TV repair. So here I am, to learn and seek knowledge from experts in the domain.
Bets regards,
Gerry
