Gigabyte G5 KD Board 6-77-NH50HP00-D04-5C does not start
    by master3112
I have a Gigabyte 6-77-NH50HP00-D04-5C. The device does not start. I downloaded a BIOS file from another forum and installed it. The device started with the file, but cannot find an NVMe SSD in the BIOS. A data storage device on a SATA port or USB stick is detected. In the BIOS, the ME firmware version is 0.0.0.0. TPM is also not available. Here is my original BIOS. Can anyone help me?...

New Members - please post your introductions here
    by petabyte
As this is a brand new forum, I thought I'd open up a thread to encourage new members to introduce themselves a bit.. now hey.. let's not get too personal.. ok ?

And if you wouldn't mind to keep this thread \"clean\" let's try to keep the the chitchat (i.e. even the welcome to the board replies) to a minimum or this thread may get to 100 pages fast

So I'll start things off :

My name is petabyte and I'm a forum junkie. I've been off the wagon for a number of years and countless times I've tried to stop but it's useless.....

    Missing AP component
    by theflyingsquirrel
When I was replacing the opposite side of the PCB, I did not remove the plastic tape on the AP so when it shrinks from heat, it knocked off some component and it is no where to be found.
One of the component in the AP is missing. It is this weird long component. I think it is a capacitor but I am not sure.
Anyone know what component is it and what typical value it is on the AP?
The laptop that I was working on is a MacBook Air 2.

    by rigby
Hello and first of all thank you for welcoming me to the community .

    So the problem i have is with a PHILIPS AMBILIGHT 42" MODEL :42PFL7623D / 10 .

a few weeks ago the set would turn its self off randomly and when i noticed it had turned off the lights would be blinking . This went on for a week or so but not all the time .

At the time to get the tv working again i would unplug it from the mains supply for a few minutes and then plug it back in , this worked a good few times .

However in the last few days i cant seem to reset it with this...
