It seems to be the same problem, did you change the tcon board or you fixed it?
In that case, do you know what kind of defect it had?...

I have a Samsung TV model LE37S81B with the next problem:
I select HDMI 1 as source input (nothing connected in such source) in order to have a black background (this makes easier to see the problem). Then I navigate to main menu, and I remain in such menu 30 seconds. When I change to any sub-menu within the main menu, I can see in the screen a slightly reminder of the text options of previous menu. It is like a shadow of previous menu behind the current one, but such shadow is weak and if I stay without change the menu, the shadow disappear along the time (i.e. 20...
