Yea funny I was just reading about that on the Coppell website last night. I'm not seeing any burnt areas on the boards but wont know until I find out which board is the problem. After reading up on Coppell i'm hoping its not an issue with the logic board uhh, at that point it would be a boat anchor lol

Thanks I'll stock up on some fuses and try that. Hopefully i'll have some good news to post soon!

I am having a problem with my Philips Plasma 50PFP5332D/37.
Power on blue light comes on, you hear a click and then red light flashes 6 times.
I found a problem fuse on power supply board and replaced it with new one. Powered on and blew fuse right away with same red flashing light Now I am stumped! I took a pic of the board and put a red arrow pointing to the problem fuse. Does anyone have any advice on how to troubleshoot or best guess problem from experience? Any help greatly appreciated...

As you will see I am not only new to this forum but I am new to forums in general. So I apologize before hand if I am not posting properly

I live in the high desert of Central Oregon with my wife and two children.
I process scrap metal for a living and in the process of breaking down junk computers struck up an interest in them. My first computer was Windows 3.1 and my hobbies include computers (of course), fishing and the great outdoors.

I am a newbie this is my first post and this thread seems to be the closest to the problem I am having with my Philips Plasma 50PFP5332D/37.
Power on light comes on blue, you hear the click and then red light flashes 6 times.
