Thx sir, actually I m household electrician learning mobile too, I dont hv idea to check lcd vcc as u told, but I searched on net what I did I m writing.
1).i removed lcd screen and inverter , battery ,wifi ,bluetooth .motherboard has 40 pin socket and connecting lcd flex/cable that has 30 pins but has wired only upto 20(actually 19 ,5th one is missing..not connected..as factory made).
2).i connected laptop adapter and external monitor too..I power on laptop and I get normal window in external.

Sorry i m posting late here...I replaced lcd screen and cable ..still no video..no image.it was checked by laptop technician. I couldn't find hardware issues..I have not updated motherboard bios or vbios yet.
This laptop working ok externally ..but cannt produce video to external too if internal lcd is connected simultaneously. I do not hear any starting beep sound too..what next is suggested. ?Last edited by awadesh15; 07-04-2014, 07:18 PM.Leave a comment:

Hai.pl can anyone tell me how to upgrade bios? My current ver is 3811..from acer website newest one is 3813.i hv still video problem.i can see all ok on external monitor...but inbuild screen just shine white..I tried plug unplug lcd cable both side..after that not a single shot of video I saw on laptop screen. Is upgrade to bios is advisable if I saw all ok on external monitor...sorry for my bad knowledge about bios.Leave a comment:

I follwed u ..I disconnected internal then connecte ext monitor ...MAGIC ..on power on I saw acer log...off course after 6 restart as missing modem. ?.acer logo then w7 welcome screen but then aftersignal is lost always...pl help..Leave a comment:

Sorry for caps..I powered on as u said..it just stay on without video output...white screen only...
I powered on it keeps restarting..just before it loads w7 on 6th attempt I again pressed power button(it understood this was ur instructions)...this was unresponsive by laptop it loaded w7 without vedio out...I heard only w7 sound..
How can I use vbios if laptop is not showing anything..does it mean I need flash vbios.?any next instructions. ?

Hai friends I hv acer 5920g with nvidia geforce 8600 chip...86-770-A2 VER 1.3.it got last year rebolled now again failed.no more rebolling helped.so I bought old but working on other laptp nvidia board withvall same configuration except ver is 1.5.I replaced in laptop and te restarts afetr 6 attempt to no vedio at all.i connected extnl display ..tv fn+5/f5 changed ram..dessemble assemble. I hv acer 5920g with failed p407 ver1.3 nvidea card.i also I hv modem missing here..modem T60m955.00. Due to this my laptop restarts 6 times every time without video..There is always white screen..but I hear w7 welcome sound after 6th boots.my quest...
1.is modem necessary for video output in acer 5920g. ?
2.i bought old used but working nvidia card on another laptop with little different ver that is 1.5,(previous I hd ver 1.3).I tried it ..it doesnot make any difference.

Hai, it seems u r much qualified, pl help me to sort out my problm.i hv acer 5920g, it got nvidea p407 failed last year, it repaird by rebolling and I used it 1 more year.now it again failed and no more reballing was successful. It was nvidea p406 ver 1.3.so I bought old working p407 but with ver 1.5 .tested on other notebook working.ok.i fit on my acer 5920g buy it takes 6 restarts to no video at all..I later noted that modem is missing.
