Came across this on side of the road. It will not power on.

update: I change the control board. TV top screen show but no bottom. I can't find the lower buffer anywhere. Does anyone out there have one? EBR71736901 or is it possible to change IC203.Leave a comment:

On the power board, fuses F302, F801 has bouncing voltage. Fuse 101 120vac.
Everywhere 15vdc is suppose to be Im getting a reading of 18.5.Leave a comment:

Ok, I think it is the ysus and not the buffer. Cause the voltage still bounced around with the upper and lower buffers removed.
