  • Re: Samsung LE32C450E1W

I can stop it changes channels by keeping my finger on the touch pad but as soon as I take my finger away its of again.

Both of the boards I brought were new and not from eBay but shops on line, one was from were I had brought one four months before and that was ok then, But this one did not solve it so I went to a Samsung dealer also a shop on line and asked if it was a genuine Samsung part and was told that it was. But that one also did not cure problem.

I found a suggestion on the web to cut the four wires on the right side...

As I said in my post I have fitted two new ones of these touch boards only both have the same fault as the one they were replacing, yes I have tried removing the batteries from the remote, holding down one of the buttons for 20 sec then fitting the batteries back no change. Could I have got two new faulty boards from two different suppliers?
Thank you flocko for you reply

    I have a Samsung LE32C450E1W
Changes channels and volume on its own, the power indicator LED is flashing fast all the time and the remote has no effect whatsoever so cannot turn it off only at the socket, if you place a finger on the touch pad and keep it there, it will stop it changing channels.
I fitted a P-Touch Key PCB part number BN96-13046D 4 months age to cure the fault which it did. I now have the same fault back so I sent for another one from the same firm only this did not cure it as I still had the same fault. Thinking it was a faulty board I contacted the supply to request...
