toshiba satellite a305-s6825
a friend of mine found this laptop in the garbage with a busted screen so i replaced the screen put it all back together pushed the on button and went straight a screen that says (enter current password) it wont let me into the bios or boot menu or safe mode just straight to those words any ideas would be great thanks -

i have a stepson that has his own computer with bulging capps and found out that he has been just pulling the plug not shutting down properly could that be the reason for the bulging capps

i am about to start my first recapping on a Aopen ax4t motherboard 85 to 95 percent are bulging capacitors or leaking i have read just about everything here i hope from cleaning to soldering stations how hot so forth my problem now is how can you identifying what brand of capacitor it is some dont even have name on them the reason im saying that my practice board they didnt have a brand on them hope this makes some kind of sense

i hope this isnt out of place i was wondering where is a good online store for all your needs like soldering stations and so on just a one shop place i guess you can say and trustworthy and cheap of course lol -
