found this next to a dumpster it gets power it just doesnt stay on for more than 3 to 5 seconds no back light and black screen please help... -

well i just found this and the backlight doesnt come on and the standby light does i try to power it on and the standby light goes from orange to white which means power on but it lasts for like 3 seconds power supply and mainboard appear in good condition please help -
