  • Re: LCD dell E196FPb blown fuse, no power

Hello BUDM, thank you for the reply,
can you please indicate to me the bridge rectifier and how to check it; is it possible tocheck the mosfet and the bridge without desoldering them from the board.
Last question: is there any possibylity to solve only by changing the 450V Capacitor or the shortcircuit is certainly caused from the others components...sorry if it seems a stupid question, I am really a newby...
    Thank you so much

  • LCD dell E196FPb blown fuse, no power

    Hello to everybody,
suddenly without warning the monitor is off and give no more signs of life,
removing the power board I saw that the fuse was blown and after replaced it burned again; it seems to be a short circuit, all capacitors seems OK except the largest 450V that has a leak along a contact.
Someone has any ideas of which component could be broken and causes the fuse to blow.
I enclose a photo of the power board(sorry for the big photos I do'nt know how to reduce).
Thanks to all those who want to give me some suggestions.
    Bye Wave.
